The reviews for this place are generally good and it's the only hotel mentioned in Lonely Planet for San Ignacio but we had a terrible time here.

My room was very large and very clean, the staff incredibly friendly and attentive and the pool a real treat to escape from the summer heat. We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the place. Nice comfortable rooms in lovely surroundings. The best part was the owner and the staff. Warm, welcoming and nothing was too much!
