This is a fantastic little place to stay whilst exploring the Falls. It is brilliant value for money, the staff are really helpful and the breakfast was a 10 out 10. Don't be put off by the location which is slightly out of town as you won't be missing much, the town isn't why you visit Iguazu. After a long... More

21 Oranges (old name Rio Tropic) was a great place to stay while my wife and I visited Iguazu Falls. The cabin style rooms were very clean and comfortable, no phone, no TV, just relaxation. Remy, the owner, was so nice and helpful; he took his time to tell us all about the falls and how best to go about... More

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast is good and the pool is a plus, especially after one day walking to see the falls. The location is not super convenient cause you need a taxi (25pesos one way) to go to the city to eat, or to catch the bus to the Brazilian side. To go... More

Stayed three nights at Rio Tropic which is located approx 3 km outside of the touristy and somewhat soulless puerto iguazu to its benefit. Fantastic to come back from a hot day walking to dive into the pool and relax in the pretty and peaceful gardens. Spacious room, very clean, good breakfast and air con. Staff ordered us in pizza... When we got to the Airport, the Taxi Drivers had no clue where '21 Oranges' was located. Either they are changing their name to or from "Rio Tropic." It is a beautiful, but rather remote location. Very peaceful at night, very clean. The rooms are not huge, but the beds are comfy and they provide beach towels in the room... More

Lovely one night stay at Rio Tropic - great pool and fantastic breakfast. The owners were lovely - helped us organise trips to the falls and let us shower before we got back onto our 18 hour bus ride back to BA. Wish we had more time there. Good wifi in the rooms and a nice pool area. It is... More

I went to stay at Riotropic with 3 friends for 1 night when we visited Iguazu Falls. We shared a big room with 4 beds. Everything was basic but clean. The staff were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the pool. It's cute and small and a quiet place. We also get to walk around the town... More

Being out of town was only a plus in the sense that it meant there was more space and it was quiet. We were able to get food delivered which was convenient. The pool and the large garden area was great because we have a small child and he could run around and loved the pool. We found the service... More

Wife and I stayed 2 nights at The Riotropic in Mid Nov 2011. Nice peaceful spot. Nice airy Rooms arranged in L-shape around a pool. Air Con was appreciated. Very little noise from adjacent rooms. The Riotropic was great for relaxing, especially after visiting the Falls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Both nights we took a short (<10min) cab... More

We stayed in RioTropic for 2 nights in October 2011 and it was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and smart and the breakfast was lovely. Staff were very helpful and ordered taxis to take us to the falls who stayed and picked us up as well as organised various tours. It is out of the centre of Puerto Iguazu but... More
