Rating: I expected a higher quality hotel after reading the other reviews, but this is definitely no more than a 3-star (I believe it's rated a 4-star by whatever local rating service is used).
Staffing: during my 2-day visit the staff was excellent...from the front desk, to the restaurant lunch service staff, to room service, all seemed genuinely helpful.
