We visited this hotel on holiday in March 2011. We decided stay at Apart Riviera Hotel upon recommendation from a friend of ours also from Rosario we met up with them when we arrived at 10pm. Close to so some nice restaurants. Staff was very average. We got nice rate but is higher. Breakfast is two croissant with coffee and... More
