“Full of charm, you won't want to leave!!”

We absolutely loved our time at Livian. Each room of the converted house was so full of charm and style (especially The Kiss!), common areas were beautiful with many sweet touches (piano in lounge, soft classical music playing in the kitchen, etc.) breakfast simple but lovely. “A great hostel in Palermo”

Old house in Palermo, great choice for those looking for a piece of antiquity in the trendy suburb of Palermo. All staff are very incredibly nice and helpful. The location is not the best in palermo, but Livian is definitely one of your best options in Buenos Aires

“Livian guesthouse”

This boutique hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from bustling Palermo. It has moderate cozy rooms and a garden as a little oasis. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, and the old mansion has a good atmosphere. And you can play piano, if you want to!

Some nice, spacious rooms. Pleasant garden and terraces where you can sit, good breakfasts, access to kitchen facilities. Very helpful and pleasant staff make this a home from home feel. Bit of a walk to the metro.
