My husband and I stayed here for three nights over the holidays in January and have only great things to say about the estancia. The rooms are elegant, the beds are comfortable, the food is excellent, and the service is simply superb. The manager of the estancia welcomed us upon arrival and did a wonderful job of making sure we... More

My wife and I had reservation on staying on an Argentinian Ranch close to Buenos Aries. How wrong we were, The husband and wife team (Mr and Mrs Chiarella) were courteous and very helpful. Both spoke perfect English. We had a horse carriage ride through the extensive ranch with beuatifully maintained lawns and horses grazing freely. The meals and house... More

My husband and I spent two nights at the estancia in November for our 25th anniversary. Everything was wonderful from the 1920's manor house and our spacious bedroom suite to the outstanding gourmet meals. We loved the peaceful surroundingsand our, bike, horseback and carriage rides. An interesting mix of guests and friendly, helpful staff. We got to see polo practices... More

The highlight of our trip. Beautiful place. A dream for whoever wants to relax, enjoying horse riding, swimming, walking and sleeping. Great, friendly service. Good food. Cosy rooms. Not a single complain except when we had to leave as we really didn't want to go!! Can't wait to be back. More

We just spent a night here and felt we were a 1000 miles from Buenos Aires instead of just an hour's drive. It is a peaceful sanctuary for the soul. All inclusive. The food was good - but not "great". The wines included were excellent and the staff was always willing to assist with any need. Excellent estancia. More

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Villa Maria although our 21 and 19 year old were a tad bored. Its a great place to unwind and relax in a fantastic setting. Terrific gardens and grounds. Nice pool. Great food and staff. Mountain bikes. They have a large supply of horses but tend to take the guests on short "pony rides" unless you... More

We had the opportunity to stay here two nights on arrival to Argentina. The estancia is a very welcoming place. Staff is very attentive. The place is full of charm. A very good way to either start or finish a trip to this part of the world. More

From the moment this English country style manor appears in front of you, you know you are going to have a lovely and relaxing time. Florencia the manager personally greets you at the door and whisks you in to a world of understated luxury. The building itself is stunning - like an eccentric old estate in the UK except in... More
