If you decide to stay in Recoleta then I don't think you can go far wrong staying here - it's not close to any subway stations so it's walking or taxis. I would definetely underline the excellent location of the apartment, right on Recoleta - the Best neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Very close to the shopping mall, to the famous cemitery, and with a nice area of bars and restaurants very close, also. The breakfasts are served in the room, and are ok, not exceptional. The bathroom is a little tiny.

A fair size room with dinning and kitchenette for 90 USD in Buenos Aires! not so bad. But is not great. The streets around Recoleta Grave Yard are noisy, cannot close the blinds to create darkens in the morning and could not make work the AC, but luckily was already cool down in BA. Good choice for the ones that want to work and relax at the same time, very close and convenient located to many places once at of work. Lots of options for restaurants, sightseeing, movies and so forth. If you need to go to Buenos Aires for work or vacation, this is an excellent option!

Ayres Recoleta was in a great location in B.A. The rooms were modern and had a kitchenette. If you are staying more than a night, you can cook in the room.
