No comfort, no breakfast, bad heaters, old scary elevators and a leak in the roof of my room... my experience there wasn't exactly good. I have friends who stayed in BsAs in cheaper hostels with much superior quality.

The rudest woman on reception EVER. Our suite was tiny, the room looked out onto other rooms 6 feet away and the windows were blanked out so you felt like you were in a box. The walls of the shower room were bare concrete and the cupboards smelt of damp. At £$100 per night, plus tax, it's way overpriced.

we slept with our clothes on as this hotel was repulsive. it smelt, was shabby and the staff were completely rude. the internet access is a joke and the price is absolutely outrageous! they need to seriously clean their act up.
