Stayed for 2 nights whilst on a tour. Rooms and bathroom on the small side, restaurant needs updating breakfast ok. Good location. Don't use laundry service unless urgent expensive and clothes dry cleaned unnecessarily( manager did give refund on dry cleaning) Perfect for short stays.

Rooms are very small air conditioning dose not work and you have to open the window then you can't sleep because of the noise on the street. If you want a good nights sleep go somewhere else.

staff excellent and breakfast surprisingly good for the inclusive rate. it's about 9 blocks walk to puerto madero, fine in the daytime. if you're big, rooms and furnishings are a bit undersized, but overall can't beat the rate.
