Pleasant staff but tired, old, and noisy from traffic

Stayed here as part of an organised tour. Basic rooms on a very busy road ( Av de 9 Julio)- probably the busiest street in Buenos Aires if not the world. Relatively expensive for what you got. If you have to stay there ask for a room as high up as possible to reduce noise levels
