Stayed 4 nights in November 2011. The hotel is a bit old, but kept good. Spacious rooms and very good location. 5 minutes walk to the Obelisc. Restaurant and bar at the hotel with very nice staff. Can recommend this hotel

The hotel is old but it is ok. The room is big, it has airconditioning, cable tv and wireless free internet (at least on the 2nd floor). The reception staff is nice and helpful. I stayed in this hotel one night only, because I was in transit to Ushuaia. This hotel is terrible, I think it does not have any maintenance since 70's. The walls were moldy and it smells badly.

Our room hadn't been touched since the 1960's. If the t.v. had worked, it probably would have been a black and white one.
