Disappointing. Located in a pedestrian street in BA's equivalent of London's Soho district so very noisy, dirty and, at times, full of slightly dubious people. Lots of police patrolling. Initially allocated room 411 which was dark and dingy, not especially clean (mould in bathroom and chewing gum in the wardrobe) and furnished with old and tired furniture. After the second... More

Very centrally located on the popular Lavalle street in the heart of Buenos Aires. The hotel gives a rather worn out impression. However the lobby is ok and rooms are small but clean. The breakfast buffet is not too exciting. Although one needs to take into account the reasonable roomrate. It is worth to mention that car/taxi cannot drive all... More

We were booked last minute into this hotel by our travel agency after our flight was cancelled. It's in a very central location and can be loud outside (we were lucky it was a 'slow' Sunday evening and being jetlagged they could have had vuvuzelas playing outside for all we cared at that point, we were just thankful to be... We stayed here for just two nights after arriving in Argentina on a long flight. The hotel is well located in the centre of Buenos Aires, and although its on a pedestrianised shopping street, the taxi was able to drop us off just around the corner, just a few meters from the hotel entrance. There are two small lifts, so... More

The hotel is a little old. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My room had a big bed. The friobar has always good stuff. It had a security box. The bathrrom was always clean, and there was always hot water. I liked the breakfast (which was included). It had a variety of things. About the location, let's say that I... More

There´s nothing about the Regus that will get your pulse racing, either in anger or with joy. It´s oldish and its last refurbishment looks as if it was in the late ´80s (how else can they explain the beige carpeted walls in the old lift?) The room was on the dark side, but it seemed clean enough, while the bed... More

We had an interior room so no noise, but far from lift (which did not have automatic opening doors) and no view. Bathroom/Toilet was clean but VERY small. Linen & towels clean & changed every day. Refrigerator/minibar/safe provided at no extra charge. Bottled water in minibar is cheaper than surrounding shops, breakfast simple but good (cornflakes, bread, croissants, fruit juice,... More

Do not stay there. Crummy broken beds, mouldy walls, grotty carpet, noisy, surly staff......I'll say no more!

We had a good experience at this hotel. We had an interior room so street noise was not a problem, but no view. The roon and bath were both large, albeit a little worn. The location is great and the breakfast was good. We thought the staff was very helpful. We would stay there again.

The reviews led me to believe Regis Orho was better than it actually was. Positive points: the location was great, the breakfast was ok, the price is fair. Negative points: the hotel is old and needs refurbishing badly, specially the bathroom; the curtain only covered half of the window; the TV range of channels was poor. The main problem, however,...
