My wife and I stayed here recently. Room was spacious and clean. Daily bathtub cleaning not great. Had some delay in room clean-up. Room included breakfast which was great. Hotel staff were great. The concierge staff were very helpful,(Tristan & Pablo). Hotel in a wonderful location. Enjoyed the stay very much. Highly recommend.

We stayed four nights at the Sofitel Arroyo, it was wonderful! The room was nice and comfy, the bathroom comfortable, the shower stall a little small. Loved their breakfast menu!!! Very nice neighborhood with everything close by.

Excellent choice! Very upscale hotel in a quiet neighborhood in Recoletta. Helpful staff, great bar and restaurant and spacious, well appointed suite. Upscale and fresh without pretense.

Quiet, but central location. Our room was rather small, but everything was in perfect condition. The staff is professional and very friendly, and it is enough of them. All requests were taken care of without delay. Breakfast is very nice.
