My husband and I stayed in Palermo Place for the duration of a congress. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were surprisingly well-equipped, and the washing machine and tumble dryers in the hotel were a pleasant surprise. But that's not what impressed us most! Before we arrived in Buenos Aires, we toured to Iguazu, Calafate and... More

Found this gem on Jetsetter and an glad I did! The service pre arrival was excellent as the staff was very responsive and answered all of our questions. They arranged ground transportation from the airport which worked flawlessly. They assisted with restaurant reservations and made some fantastic suggestions. Some of our favorite meals came from those suggestions. Rooms were nice... More

We had stayed at two large chain hotels in Mendoza and Uruguay, my wife wanted to stay here despite my concern about it's size. I am a typical business traveler that likes chain hotels but I was very surprised with the experience. Pros 1. Excellent staff. Very warm, friendly, and helpful. Always smiling. 2. Excellent attention to detail. They seem... More

Palermo Place was our choice based on the reviews. We were very happy with our choice and pleasantly surprised. We were welcomed warmly by Florencia upon our check in and she provided very detailed information about our stay. She also have us some excellent suggestions on activities and dining and handled all arrangements. The room was very well appointed and... More

The Palermo Place completely exceeded expectations! What a warm welcome from receptionist Leticia who showed us our room and explained everything including breakfast vouchers for use at 4 local restaurants. The nedroom was spacious, bright, modern complete with fitted mini - kitchen so one can cook/ reheat light meals in the room. Complimentary teas and filter coffee provided. Only slight... More

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very accommodating - allowed late check out at 6:30pm. Speak English and Spanish. Good recommendations for restaurants. Large assortment of nice places to eat within walking distances. Located in a trendy Palermo Hollywood area. Price was very reasonable. Safe area. Quiet neighborhood and did not hear noise from other rooms. Rooms are modern, large, well equipped,... More

Having never been to Buenos Aires (or even South America), I spent a lot of time on Trip Advisor to find the ideal hotel. I had originally booked as room at the highly-regarded Alvear Palace (undoubtedly nice, but also pricey), but I'm so glad I stayed here instead. I couldn't have found a better hotel! I could write a long... More
