Estoril has several floors in a beautiful building write in the heart of Buenos Aires. The rooftop terrace is amazing, the other communal areas are spacious and nice too. Great location (can walk just about everywhere) and I felt safe walking around day and night. The rooms were large and you were given your own locker (note: must have own lock) to keep valuables safe. The bed was comfortable. The room had both fans and AC. The bathrooms had a good flow of water. The internet was a bit slow. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. This is an easy place to find other guests to hang out with. There was always a few people at the roof top terrace having a drink.
