It was nice but little a bit crowded. The food was good

I visited Crystal family with my mother and we were absolutely satisfied with services. We stayed unfortunatelly just for two days (not in main season), but everything here was perfect - food, spacious rooms, friendly stuff.

Have recently returned from 8 night stay. Very nice hotel with few faults. Probably not 5* but very good 4* Very clean and staff (with exception of animation team) very friendly. Very average hotel and not so much impressed with facilities. Entering hotel room bathroom and discovering painted bathing-tub with pealing off paint.....disappointing first impression. Also didn't like time limits for small things like ice-cream (1500-1700), music selection on swimming pools (mostly Turkish folk).
