Amazing time here from the moment we arrived. We arrived at hotel abt 10pm checked in with a welcoming drink and taken to our room in a golf buggy, we were then taken to the restraunt for a meal even tho the restraunt was closed a tasty meal was provided.. First impressions "it was very quiet! went to outside to... More

the hotel is very good in so many ways, modern and spotlessly clean room, nice touches, such as bathrobe and slippers, tea and coffee making facilities, fruit basket on arrival as has been mentioned the layout is a bit confusing at first but you will soon get used to it, forest views from all rooms, beautifully tended gardens, and a... the lay out is a little confusing to begin with but once you get your bearings your fine. we were warmly greeted but the amin group of guest here are russian and germany so some staff may take a little longer to understand you. although i never found this a problem. This review is based on the experience that we received. We stayed at the riu kaya at the beginning of October, as a regular visitor to Belek I was well aware that the weather may be cooler and there would be rain. We arrived at the hotel to be shown our room, I sm not a fussy person nor did... More

We stayed here from 16th September for 2 weeks with friends. Throughout our holiday we were treated exceptionally well from reception to the gardeners. The gardens are very well kept. The paths are swept and cleaned daily. The choice of food was exceptional, how anyone can complain about the choice is beyond me! Both waiters and barstaff were friendly, polite... More

My husband and I have just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel starting 27 September. We were unhappy that the main restaurant and Italian restaurant were on the 1st floor with no lift just stairs and a circular ramp which was difficult for my husband as he has trouble walking. The food in the restaurant was very Pepper orientated... More

We stayed here for a week and were glad to come home as bedrooms were in holiday camp type blocks and were tired, knocked about and had stained furniture, antique mini TVs and ancient bathrooms - just not the quality we are used to in a 4* hotel let alone a 5*. The reception was small, dark and horrible a... More

We stayed in the Riu Kaya the first week in August with friends and we had 3 young adults (18 – 22 years) and a teenager (13years) between us. Riu had taken over the hotel 10 months ago and the rumour was that it was to be levelled next year and rebuilt as a Riu Palace. The rooms were lovely... More

My wife and I have have just returned from two exceptional weeks at this hotel. From the minute we arrived until the time we left we were treated with respect and courtesy. The hotel and facilities together wth the food and cleanliness were excellent. The gardens are well manicured, the beach clean and even the sun loungers were jet washed!... More
