Pulling up to the flashing lights and unusual statues outside I was unsure what to expect. The greeting was friendly and the staff very efficient.
The hotel is about 5 miles West of Koper but I would prefer to stay here rather than in any of the hotels in Koper itself. The restaurant is fine but there is an excellent bakery opposite and a pizzeria where I had a very good meal.
The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed with mini bar and huge double bed. Wireless is advertised in their in-room guide but in fact it only exists in reception, you'll need to ask for an ethernet cable in reception to get on line in the room.
The health club on site is excellent, and 10 Euros for three hours is good value with two saunas, a huge steam room and jacuzzi.
I paid 60 Euros for a night here which is excellent value and would stay here again. More
