Good value given the room price and the location. The rooms are slightly old fashioned, and could use a bit of renovation. It is a pity that there is no wifi in the rooms (lobby only). However, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is situated very well. The view from the sea-side windows are breath taking...

I stayed at Hoper Koper for one night, with my dad, at the end of February 2012.
The plus points:
1) Large/spacious, clean room
2) Small balcony
3) Sea view (if you select such)
4) Good continental breakfast
5) Good quality food served in restaurant in evenings
6) Nice towels
7) Multiple windows to make room very light

This hotel is a bit old fashioned but decent. Rooms are big and clean but can be very noisy in the wing that overlooks the nightclubs and restaurants in the street. Very good position, very good choice of continental or standard breakfast, huge portions in the restaurant. WiFi available in the hall.
