The Quinta das Buganvilias is a charming bed and breakfast in an old farmhouse situated very close to the airport in Faial and about 10 km from Horta. This quinta and its owner are true pearls of the island. We got there by chance -- our original reservation at a different place got cancelled due to overbooking, so it's owner arranged our transfer to Quinta das Buganvilias.
