Very comfortable room and bed. Very clean facility. Nicely prepared breakfast. Good location in Stellenbosch-walking distance to restaurants etc. The church bell is evident but adds to the character of the location.

Great place to stay when you want to explore Stellenbosch, no problems with parking and everything in walking distance! Ilse and Liana gave us good advise where to eat and the restaurants are very close and good.

Most enjoyable stay. Effeicient administration and quality breakfast. Staff very friendly and professional. It is suggested that elderly guests should be notified of the steep staircase to the bedroom suites. It can create a problem.

Great hospitality. Location just in the middle of cafees and restaurants. Walking distance to The "Big Easy" and "Umami", which serve both very good food. Fine dining at affordable prices. Golf clubs just a short drive away, as well as the wine yards. We'll certainly come back to Stellenbosch and especially to De Hoek Lodge !

Wonderful friendly service by people that really care for guests. It is within walking distands of the hub of the town and the rooms are well appointed and spacious. I will recommend De Hoek to everyone.
