Arrived on time but the owner didn't know anything about our booking, we showed her our confirmation and it turns out her husband didn't tell her we were booked in. On our holiday in South Africa we got used to a very high standard of accommodation. The Village is the reverse of all that was good elsewhere. The toilet flush didn't work.
