We spent only 1 night here but wished it was more. Lovely room ( honeymoon suite) with gorgeous bath complete with candles. Met and greeted by Vee who was great, welcoming and friendly. Balcony overlooking the lagoon. Vee recommended a lovely restaurant only 5 mins walk away. ( Firefly). Service, location and welcome all perfect. Would return!

We recently spent 4 nights here. We were lucky to find it via another guest house in Knysna that didn't have a vacancy. At the gate there is a big sign saying Bridgewater Manor, but nothing to indicate that it is a guest house, so unlikely they get trade fro passers by. However, I'm sure that's not a problem as... We stayed in Bridgewater Manor for 3 nights while travelling the garden route and were very happy with our stay. The grounds ae stunning and the views are as exceptional as the pictures indicate. Fantastic view, beautiful and perfectly clean rooms, beautiful garden, terrase and pool area, excellent and personal service. First class breakfast. We loved to stay here. Only one minus - you can hear the traffic from nearby N2 mainroad.

Lovely location overlooking Knysna lagoon, warm welcome, fantastic room with lovely balcony, view to die for. Clean bright room, soft towels and great service, wonderful breakfast, lovely swimming pool.Secure parking. Highly recommended - thank you for a great visit.

We had wonderful 2 days at Bridgewater Manor in Knysna. The room was really big, clean and nicely decorated and with an own terrace. The host always tried to satisfy our individual breakfast requests. Really nothing to complain about.
