Arrived a bit late for our spar treatment due to reason beyound our control.

One would think that the recession will get everyone in the tourist industry to polish their acts a bit. Certainly not the case at Arabella. The hotel is desperately rundown now and is starting to look very over used. Carperts are just disgusting.
The beautiful setting is just about the only nice thing about this place.

This hotel has rapidly deteriorated since been taking over by African Prides. Staff are unfriendly, unwelcoming and service is poor all round.
This is not a 5 star experience by any means.
The rooms are worse for wear.
Breakfast is half the choice it used to be.
The hotel is not family or child friendly.
