From the time we arrived until we departed we were well looked after by the Glen Avon staff. The food service is a fine dining experience but at a very reasonable price. The rooms are very well laid out with all the amenities needed. we would highly recommend this property.

We stayed in Glen Avond with a large group of people. They have made our stay very pleasant: beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast every morning, nice dinners in the evening. The personnel has shown a lot of flexibility in taking care for us, fitting into our busy time schedule. I have enjoyed our stay here very much!

We spent a very happy week at Glenavon in March. We couldn't praise it more. Beautifully maintained house and rooms in a peaceful but incredibly convenient position.In particular the staff and the service was outstanding.

A beautifully appointed room with a veranda overlooking the pretty garden with a good sized swimming pool - still operating and swimmable despite onset of autumn. An outstanding meal and charming staff. We had been bumped here from another B and B - our good fortune.

This delightful hotel is located on the outskirts of Cape Town and so has the advantages of peace and quiet with easy access into the City. The rooms were modern and well fitted. The food was excellent. It was good to have such large grounds with a very pleasant pool so that lounging around was an easy option.

What a great place to stay. Room was lovely and location fabulous but it was the friendliness of the staff that we loved the most. They were very attentive to detail but always ready to have a chat and enjoy a joke with us. We will definately be back! Thank you Glen Avon for a wonderful stay.
