Stayed here in January for 5 nights and it was everything I'd expected. The apartmnent was well equiped and well serviced with breathtaking views. The road in front is busy (and noisy) a small price to pay for being in one of Cape Town's top areas. Beach and eateries really close by. Table Mountain is just 5 minutes drive away.
