My husband & I spent a week in Cape Town & stayed at An African Villa & I am soooo glad we stayed there. We do not like staying in the large chain hotels while on vacation b/c they tend to be very impersonal. An African Villa was the perfect boutique hotel & had the perfect blend of comfort &... More

We visited back in September 2009 for our honeymoon and... More

This is a truly great bed & breakfast. I booked this hotel after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, and it definitely lives up to the rave reviews. Within the first 20 minutes of arriving, I knew that this is going to be a great place to stay. It has the resources of a large hotel, but the warm comfortable vibe... More

Stayed at An African Villa while visiting my daughter, studying abroad at UCT. I have traveled the world and have never had a better lodgng experience. A truly wonderful hotel, with helpful friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere, chic decor, gorgeous rooms, delicious breakfasts and a sun trap pool. The whole thing is presided over by two charming, serious looking dachshunds. We loved it! More
