Don't expect much luxary, rooms, bathrooms and breakfast are basic but ok. Great views of Cape Town (if there isn't to much smog), 10' walk to some good restaurants, very close to Table mountain. And Paul makes a good host. More

As value guest houses go this is the best. First the location. Fantastic views of Cape Town City from Tamberskloof Hill at the rear blacony and Table Mountain and Lion's Head to the front. Paul and his wife made us feel extremely welcome from the start. They have lots of local inside knowledge which was exactly what we needed when we had little time for exploring ourselves during our short stay. Travelling with friends, we all enjoyed our time at Lionscape. Paul and Ztefany made us feel at home and gave us plenty of local 'inside' information.
