I just needed to do some work in Cape Town for a few days and found Lionscape here on TA. Paul and Zephney were so incredibly nice and hospitable, and it was great working on the wireless internet with views of the City Bowl. They also offered incredibly fair pricing because as Paul said "He treats people as he would... More

Don't expect much luxary, rooms, bathrooms and breakfast are basic but ok. Great views of Cape Town (if there isn't to much smog), 10' walk to some good restaurants, very close to Table mountain. And Paul makes a good host. More

Very safe comfortable locality. The town centre is walkable in about 30-40 minutes down the hill. The hosts Paul and Zephany welcome you into their home... More

Paul and his wife made us feel extremely welcome from the start. They have lots of local inside knowledge which was exactly what we needed when we had little time for exploring ourselves during our short stay. The rooms are perfect for a group of a few friends, the view from the balcony is a great place for having breakfast.... More

Travelling with friends, we all enjoyed our time at Lionscape. Paul and Ztefany made us feel at home and gave us plenty of local 'inside' information. Beautiful views of the city and the mountains, the surrounding area is really quiet, peaceful and relaxing. All in all a top place to stay at a really affordable price! More
