The Upperbloem is the best hotel I have ever stayed in: Very nice and helpful owner and staff, modern and nice rooms, good breakfast, well-equipped kitchen and a great view on the Table Mountain and the city.

Upperbloem is really everything you could want in Cape Town. It has amazing views of Table Mountain AND the ocean, and is also in a lovely muslim neighborhood. We immediately felt very at home here. Katrin couldn't do enough for us, including providing gluten free bread for my husband. The room was very comfortable and we loved having such a fantastic view of the city when eating breakfast on the balcony. Great value and thoroughly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay in this little hotel. The location was ideal - near the centre of town, but with a fantastic view of the city. The room was clean tidy and big. Most of all, the owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - she always went the extra mile to help.
