We just returned from four days at the Dock house and it was wonderful. Perfect location on the waterfront, beautiful big rooms in a smaller, intimate hotel, and very helpful staff. Can't say enough good things.

You've probably found the Dock House because you are picky. Good choice. The V & A is a waste of space, commerical, contrived rubbish (Liverpool 1). Ok for an hour while you aclimatise.

What a lucky find this boutique hotel was. With only 6 rooms it was a calm place to return to each day -at least on those days that we could bear to leave it! Our room on the first floor was beautiful with fabulous decor and furnishings. The bathroom was a spa in itself. The finishing touch was the long...

My wife and I have stayed twice at the Dock House and it is one of our favorite hotel in the world. You really feel at home. The service is impeccable and the rooms fantastic (ask for a room in the second floor with a balcony). The location, right above the Waterfront, is perfect. There is no restaurant, but room...

We had an excellent stay in this tiny hotel. Very well located for the V&A waterfront (walkable even in the highest heels), it's a perfectly executed boutique residence with every last detail carefully thought through. I cannot recommend more highly.

Situated right in the V&A area, the garden was a little noisy from that area, but...

We made a reservation to a V and A hotel, and were offered to stay at Dock House. Just a short 5 minutes walk from Waterfront. It's so cozy, calm and precisious. The room we had was on second floor with big balcony and view to the waterfront, the atmosphere is amazing. The decoration is nice and sophisticated, bathroom is...

The Dock House was the perfect location for our trip to South Africa in August. We stayed here for 6 nights. The staff was outstanding and so helpful. They made sure that everything met our expectations. Located in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, we felt secluded in the beautiful garden of the hotel. Yet just outside the grounds you...
