The Villa Rosa is a cosy old home on High Level Road in Sea Point. It has superb views over Sea Point and into Table Bay. Everything Sea Point has to offer (shopping, amazing, eclectic restaurants, a long beachfront boulevard) is a short walk away. “Friendly, cosy and well located”

Heather and Lynn are great hosts and their staff all really nice. Villa Rosa is a beautiful old house in superb location in Seapoint, incl your view of the ocean from your balcony or veranda. It just took us 5min to walk to the bus stop and Hop on off. There are some really nice restaurants on Main street, too.... More

Villa Rosa made our stay in Cape Town even more perfect. It is a beautiful place, where you definitely feel cozy and relaxed. The room was very comfortable and with excellent cleaning standards. The Villa Rosa truly completed our stay in Capetown. My daughter and I stayed for a week and hope to go back with the whole family. It was lovely- clean and bright, great location, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast- a nice place to come back to after a full day of exploring......

We spent 5 nights at this Beautiful Victorian Guest House. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and very accomodating. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is spotless!!! Lynn, Fungai and the rest of the Villa Rosa team are so friendly, accommodating and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble.
