We visited all three Whale Cottage sites in January of 2012. All three sites were fantastic. They were all unique. All were clean, neat, and comfortable. Do not believe the website. It states that a 50% refund will be made if a cancellation is made within the specified time. Our cancellation was made 26 days before arrival, within the specified time, but the owner, Chris, refuses to pay up. Glynis van Rooyen.
