Wonderful house, very well locared and with a marvelous view! OUr family room was huge! we really enjoyed the stay there, with very good advice on restaurants and where to go in the city from our hosts! Little sad point is that the weather did not let us try the swimming pool, which was very tempting.. ( april 2012)

We had a superb time staying at Bateleur Rontree with Hans and Annamarie. They are wonderfully welcoming and gave some great recommendations of things to do and see during our (sadly) short stay in Camps Bay. We would definitely come back and stay with them.

We stayed 9 nights and whilst it was a 15-20 minute walk to the centre we were very grateful when we realised how busy the main area was both day and night. If you want to stay close to Camps Bay, but not to close to the busy beach, this is a perfect place, especially when you have your own means of transport. Our hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. We had two lovely big rooms next to the pool, lovely breakfasts, wonderful advice on where to go. Only 15 mins drive from centre of Cape Town, but a different world. Great views down over Camps Bay and up to Table Mountain. A real treat and we'll be back!
