Very helpful staff - they accommodated me very well and were very pleasant. The room was very big, spacious, clean, and quiet. It is a bit (a little bit) far from CT's main attractions (beyond walking distance), so be prepared to take a taxie to places that you want to visit.

This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star grading, yet the service, furnishings and guest care was most definitely not of a superior quality. In fact, it was not even of a good quality. Despite the name of the place, this is not all "luxury". I stayed here for a few days and thought it was value for money with good service and great location. It's a short walk from the beach with nearby shops and restuarants and a short drive from attractions such as Clifton beach, Camps bay, Hout Bay & the Waterfront.
