Was very nice and very close to the kruger park. The resort itself was very nice. But the units need a major style upgrade/revamp. I was there around 10 years ago, and the unit was exactly the same... very old, lots of insects (which was expected). we were booked in for a week, but only stayed 4 days... The kruger... More

We stayed at the Kruger Park Lodge for 5 nights and wished we had been able to stay longer as it really was very good. The checking in process was quick and easy with friendly staff and our accomodation was superb - a large house with all mod-cons (satelite TV, washing machine, dishwasher etc) and, best of all, a large... We arrived at the resort after a 6 hour drive from Joburg. It was an easy check in and the staff were willing to assist as they could. No wifi in the units here you have to pay 50 Z Rand for each hour of wifi in the lobby. Going to the unit we had high hopes as there were... More

Stayed at this hotel for two nights - the chalets were well appointed and very, very clean & comfortable. We shared the chalet with another couple. We had the upstairs room & bath. One glaring downside is that there is no phone in the bedrooms. Only one phone located down stairs in the kitchen, making wake-up calls very difficult. Our... More

The "Lodge" or Chalet was home to three adults for a 7 night stay and it was lovely. I suppose though one would have to be a Golfer to Rave about it though. The Lodges are set along the outskirts of a beautifully manicured 9 hole Gary Player designed Golf Course. This, as I said is wonderful if you play... More

Fantastic Lodge with all that one requires for a relaxing holiday. I could have slept up to eight people in my lodge! Well equipped kitchen and also with two bathrooms. the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The added attraction of the Impalas. Nine hole golf course available. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was OK for... More

The location is prime, just outside Hazyview and very close to the Kruger National Park, and the grounds, which are quite substantial, are kept in pristine condition. The lodges (self-catering this is NOT a hotel) offer lovely views of the golf course, the surrounding mountains and the Lowveld sky. The unit was kept clean (houskeeping every day) but if you...
