Stayed 2 nights at this excellent B&B. Lovely accommodation and stunning terrace for a superb breakfast. Two of us needed a gluten free diet and Joan had made a special effort to cater for our needs which was much appreciated. Toured Blyde River Canyon from here - easy to do in a day and the scenery is amazing.

Spent 4 fantastic nights at Cuckoo Ridge, Alan & Joan are amazing hosts. The B&B is nice and peaceful, located at the end of a long concrete drive, so no pot holes to navigate. Joan was particularly helpful and lent us her own binoculars and bird book when we went to Kruger, which is about 10 mins away. Joan also... More

We stayed 3 wonderful nights and enjoyed every moment away from JHB. Very quiet and relaxing, even saw 2 duiker as we drove in. Joan arranged a night drive for us and we saw cheetah and lots of other interesting things. The weather wasn't the best so we didn't do the river canoeing we had planned to do, but enjoyed... More
