I came to Lake Havasu on a business trip and walked into the office of this hotel. I was greeted by a WONDERFUL front desk woman named Nicki. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable right off the bat. I also was able to meet the General Manger - Hugo. He was awesome! They were both really nice genuine...
