Overall I have excellent memories of my 3 nights in the Leriba Hotel. It is situated in a semi-rural setting among impeccably maintained gardens. The rooms are very well equipped (I was fortunate enough to benefit from the whisper quiet a/c) and the food, particularly the breakfast was outstanding. Some hotels in this type of setting take the opportunity to... More

Stayed in this place for a business trip. Very disappointed in the room - quite dirty and smells, ceiling was patched up with broken pieces of wood. Ceiling fan wasnt working and there was no aircon. This was not fixed despite us raising this to reception several times. We asked to be moved and was given varying responses from people... More

The grounds are nice and the thatch buildings and landscaped gardens are quite attractive, but its not a good venue for a working visitor. The conference facilities are adequate, but the major problem is the rooms - especially those on the ground floor. Huge windows and doors opening onto the adjacent pathway may seem attractive, but the reality is that... More

Stayed here for four nights in March during a business trip to South Africa. The hotel is on a nice piece of landscaped gardens near the town of Centurion. The leisure facilities in the hotel are quite limited. There was a small outside pool which I didn't use on account of the weather. The reception staff were very helpful and... More

Nice hotel with friendly staff and decent enought service. The roolms are clean and comfortable but dark. Bathrooms are large, and clean, though the shower didn't drain very well. Restaurants are excellent and the staff very good - they have revamped one and added a bar, but still lacks an area to have a drink/coffee and relax. Housekeeping staff need... More

Excellent food at Hemingways .Steak was superb and presentation of all courses was beautiful.Bathrooms in new building rooms 55-70( I think) were superb and the beds were comfy with lovely quality linens . Staff were excellent and ran me up to the shopping mall after work. They had goods tips for personal safety and seemed very attentive.Grounds were pretty but was... More

Really nice and comfortable accomodation. Spacious rooms although a little too dark. Well kept grounds. Two restaurants on site - one of outstanding quality. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Slightly isolated so need to take a taxi everywhere.

An attractive hotel: lovely grounds, nice buildings, helpful staff. Super breakfasts. The room I had was large with an excellent bathroom. Good furnishings, a good firm bed. Lovely thatched roof and ceiling. But there are two drawbacks. One is the noise from the motorway that is no more than 300m from the hotel. There's an incessant rumble in the background.... More

What a charming place where you can walk out of your room and straight into a lush garden filled with the sounds of nature. Also one of the few places where I have had such a productive but relaxed xeperience when having a conference or meeting. Also an exellent location, very central to almost everything that gauteng has to offer.

A lodge in a beautiful setting unfortunately plagued by dark rooms with limited air conditioning, excessive traffic noise and poor service. The lodge tends to use students (or recent graduates) from local hotel schools resulting in limited (and often poor) service.
