Unprofessional staff! Not trained to deal with anything out of the norm. Using BB at Reception and ignoring guests. No uniforms! No FO System! Badly equipped - I heard about bad accounting system, lack of funds for res system and was told by DM that she is 'new' to Hospitality and as such, not au fait with BASIC rules!
Stayed here a couple of times, the rooms are seriously in need of updating. The breakfast was really good and plentiful, but this wasnt a cheap hotel either. all in all a pleasureable experience but def not worth the money.
This place has friendly staff, but the rooms are so outdated with old T.V.s & old looking furniture, the bed was big & comfy though. It was very hot & humid on our stay but we had to leave the old air con off as it was too noisy to sleep with it on. The bathroom was not nice at...
