We stayed at the Dumazulu Village/Lodge for 3 days. The site seems to be far from civilization but in fact there are a few other lodges in the area. Just arrived back from a wonderful trip to S Africa - stayed at Nibela Lodge, Hluhluwe for 3 nights - wonderful setting in the Rain Forest, overlooking St Lucia lake - excellent accommodation and food, walkways to Reception and accommodation. the staff went our of their way to make this a special evening and specially made a bonfire for the event and this was such an attraction, we will certainly visit again. the units are very well equipped and the showers are huge.

Far from the Hluhluwe game reserve, terrible service, disgusting food, everything goes wrong in this place. The worst is the traditionnal zoulou danse, a place with no motivate people explaining the zoulou culture. touristic but not traditionnal at all. Only the lodge concept is good with zoulou house accommodation.
