“Nice, small intimate hotel”

I recently stayed at the St James on Venice, currently undergoing a little bit of renovation but for the better. My room was lovely and big and the bathroom big and comfortable, bath only and a bit bright. Bed soooo comfortable. The staff were excellent and catered for my every need, bar servcie also good, but get some Rose wine... More

We arrived late after a long journey. Especially the reception was warm and very welcoming. After checking in we had a good and freshly cooked meal. Slept great. The sun was out the next day and we had breakfast in the garden. The composition of the breakfast was a little weird. Home made cookies and stuff. I have enjoyed the... More
