“Yes We Can Means No We Can't / They Promise but Never Deliver”

Although this is a Carslon Hotel, my stay here was miserable. On average I encountered at least one major problem per day while staying here. On 2 days, wake up calls scheduled the night before were never received. After missing my appointments, I contact the staff. The staff is polite in the way they speak but they do NOT delivery.... My room (508) was nice, clean and quiet, but the luxaflex blinds were broken, the sliding sunscreen wasn't functioning properly either and had a dangerously sharp edge sticking out. A very nice hotel in great location. Just needs a bit more attention to details. Luke-warm coffee for breakfast. Very little water pressure at 7.30 am. Broken/cracked window in room. But good modern European look. Nice with clean lines to decor. Rooms a bit small in the bathroom area.

First impressions are not bad,nice stylish lobby. The rooms are very disappointed, bed is ok but the bathroom is integrated in the room and the toilet and the shower only have a glass door so if you are shearing the room there is no privacy what so ever.
