We stayed 2 nights for a wedding. While the venue is beautiful, and the staff really good, the quality of the rooms is shocking for the price you pay per person. The first night we stayed was just above the restaurant. At R 600 per person, it was half reasonable as the size of the room was huge, but no... More

My wife booked us a romantic night away for Valentines expecting a good nights sleep.. With an 8 month old baby dropped with the inlaws we were hoping mostly for a bit of peace and tranquility with a good nights sleep.. This was not at all possible as 2 staff members tried waking us while trying to have an afternoon... More

Our family stayed at Glen Afric overnight, and were drawn to stay there based on the love that we have for the show "Wild at Heart". We chose Glen Afric, over a stay at Pilanesberg because of this detail. We were not dissapointed with our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the animals and wildlife were simply... More

We stayed for 2 nights in a private thatched lodge overlooking the Hippo water hole. It was great seeing lions and tigers every day, even a white lion, as seen in Wild at heart. We did a set tour, visited the Wild at Heart house and did game drives, leopard encounters, walked with elephants etc... The pricing is very reasonable... More

There are several small scale game farms around Johannesburg/ Pretoria area but I would recommend Glen Afric as the best game farm in the area especially to travelers who do not have lots of time but want to have a good look of animals. Glen Afric has got many beautiful animals in their farm including some tamed animals you can... More

My wife and I had a great day visit to Glen Afric. We had an amazing lunch followed by a 1.5 hour game drive. Walking with the elephants was breathtaking and watching the lions being fed was awesome. Thanks to the staff at Glen Afric for a great day.

We just called on the offf chance and had the most amazing day, the game drive was fantastic and being able to actually get out of vehicle and interact with the elephants was breath taking. Seeing first hand where Wild at Heart was filmed was just the icing on the cake, unfortunetly the cast were there filming so we couldn't... More
