“Great Conference or Training Venue”

Southern Sun in Newlands (Cape Town) is the best venue to hold conferences and training. I have attended quite a number of courses at Southern Sun. They are so organised and professional. The training venues are above average. Food is out of this world. The employees are well mannared and professional. I am yet to see such an amazing place.... More

“2 oceans race weekend”

I stayed at the hotel over the 2 oceans weekend, my girlfriend was running the race. The location is perfect for anyone doing the race. Its only a couple hundred metres from the start. “At Peace with self”

I stayed at the property for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Rooms are comfortable and staff is courteous. “Great stay”

My husband and I just spent a long weekend at the Sun and found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's the first time we have stayed in Newlands and it is a very central location. Really good option if you do not want to be in the hub of the tourist district.

I stayed for three nights, the staff and reception was very friendly and efficient. The room has two comfortable double beds, a flat screen TV, with all the DSTV movie channels, tea and coffee making facilities.
