Stayed for 2 nights in a room facing the mountain. Was an excellent luxury retreat. Service was excellent, room service food of a very good standard. we stayed in winter but room was warm and cosy. Would not hesitate to stay on our next trip to CT.

Excellent service from all staff at the hotel, excellent food and accommodation in a wonderful setting. Due to changed circumstances, we needed a room close to the lifts - this was arranged immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. We will return to this hotel if we ever return to Cape Town and would not hesitate to recommend it.
