“"Warm hospitality"”

My family and I had a restful night...and the rooms were nice and warm.....especially the underfloor heating in the bathrooms!! We arrive late from Zambia and Joanne waited for us and let us feel welcome. We had a continental breakfast in the morning with plenty of filter coffee!! Just one word can describe our stay and that is "WOW"..Thanks!

My family converged on Rustic Rose from CT, london and JHB, we were gathering for my sons 30th birthday, we were not expecting any special treatment, but happy to have a very reasonably priced place to stay- On arriving we met Joanne who made us feel exceptionally welcome, shown to our beautiful rooms, we already were whispering to each other... “Very accomodating”

Joanne was very accommodating and went out of her way to cater for me. The Vegan breakfast was excellent with soya yogurt and sausages included. The rooms are very stylish. The electric blanket and heated flooring was a special treat.

During a recent business trip from the US to SA, I had the pleasure of staying at the Rustic Rose. Joanne goes out of her way to adjust everything to your liking, whether it is food choices, room accommodations, suggestions on shopping, sightseeing, etc... A clean, quite, restfull place to stay, complete with more breakfast than you can eat.

I recently moved to South Africa and needed long term accommodations. Rustic Rose is was absolutely wonderful. Joanne is very helpful and did a great job of making me as if i was their one and only guest. I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this for holiday or corporate travelers.
