St. Phillips B&B is a massive century home in a tony neighbourhood serviced by cool bars & quality restaurants. St. Phillips B&B has beautiful large common areas with high ceilings, wood floors, some rooms had balconies & there is gated parking. Our room was tastefully decorated, but the bathroom was a little too open-concept for even this long-married couple. The innkeeper... More

We stayed at St. Phillips for three nights and enjoyed every minute of this beautiful place, our marvellous room and the great hospitality of Margie and Loreen. No need to be afraid of staying in a city: although nice restaurants and bars are in walking distance this place is in a very peaceful area (with a stunning view from the... More

Great B and B perfect for all the great little resturants in Richmond hill especially the two olives best steak I've ever had, We had a lovely warm welcome and the staff were very helpful, large comy rooms with plenty of amenities in them. Good breakfast all in all a lovely little gem, my only complaint is that they under... More

I stayed in PE at the beginning of a 2 week trip along the Southern Coast, and loved St. Phillips. It was a great place to begin my holiday. Loreen and Zoe were incredible hosts - warm, engaging, and kind, and made great recommendations. Loreen made an excellent recommendation for a guide to Addo and Schotia (Peter DeWitt), and I... More

We stayed here Nov 7-9 and loved it! Loreen warmly welcomed us and showed us to our room. It was the huge front room with a beautiful veranda wrapped around the house. Loreen couldn't have been more helpful and kind, suggesting restaurants, printing off directions, even having her husband bring over a large flashlight to help my husband find his... More

Stayed over in PE before starting the Garden Route back West toward Cape Town. It's in a beautiful old house with balconies and verandahs, and we were made to feel very welcome. The room we had was spacious, with massive windows and a balcony offering a view down to the ocean. My sleep was disturbed by some very late arrivals,... More

This bnb is located in the historic Richmond Hill with unobstructed views over the bay and the older suburbs of PE. Within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. This is a beautiful Victorian house with good sized rooms that make the most of the view and a wonderful wrap around balcony. The downside is that in certain rooms... More
