We decided to stay at this hotel as it was on the outskirts of town and quieter after a days driving - we were not disappointed! Friendly helpful staff, delightful room with a door to the garden as well as the door to where the car was parked, in a bungalow type accommodation
Enjoyed the dinner in the evening.

Arrived for 1 night in Plettenburg Bay after a long drive from Port Elizabeth. Accomodation here varies between expensive to cheap with a variety of guest houses in between.
So good:
- the check in is friendly and efficient
- prices are fairly reasonable
- the grounds are beautiful
Not good
- the main reception and rooms are very 1980s...

We cannot speak more highly of this establishment. It is very friendly, comfortable and relaxing. Real home from home. Positioned in a quiet area just outside town, along a river. Has fantastic grounds for walking, tennis and swimming. Very close to golf. Easy access by car to town, beach and restaurants. Good food, breakfast and dinner are recommended.
