Starling is a humble backpack, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the accomodations are comfortable, the showers are hot...they bend over backwards to make sure you have a fund and comfortable stay. Our little group of 5 stayed just one night, but so enjoyed Matthew and Vicky's outdoor cooking and also the entertaining conversation with them and Tristan and Mano, their interns from Germany as well as 3 lovely young student nurses from Liverpool.
