The owners try hard,but some of the rooms could do with a little TLC. Our room - one of the cottages - smelt mouldy and the bathrooms could have done with a good clean and perhaps a refurbishment. Absolutely brilliant secret garden cottage! The owners are so friendly, helpful and decent and you can feel a woman's touch all over the room! It is very clean, smells great and over all great value for money! Will definitely visit again!

Oakhampton is situated in a quiet residential area of East London. We stayed one night on our way to Durban. We occupied two different "Cottages" in the interior garden, which wer well furnished and cozy. Breafast was excellent and we were very well received. We can recommend anyone to stay in Oakhampton B&B.
